Bianca is a Senior Associate at Schindlers with sound experience in commercial law, High Court litigation, insolvency law, labour law and deceased estates. She concentrates on High Court litigation and Arbitration with a focus on corporate and commercial disputes and enjoys advising clients in general litigation matters. She has been involved in a number of Urgent Applications and High Court Trials litigating on contracts for claims in excess of R10, 000,000.00 in both Gauteng and Western Cape. She has also advised various local companies on general commercial agreements as well as assisting corporate clients with their company secretarial duties.

Garreth is a Senior Associate at Schindlers specialising in Commercial and property Law. Garreth assists in the management and Corporate Governance of local entities and properties on behalf of offshore clients. He also advises multinational companies on new South African Legislation and ensures compliance therewith for clients, especially in regards National Credit Act, Consumer Protection Act, New Companies Act and the Competition Act. He further facilitates Foreign Exchange transfers. He deals with all aspects of Property Law including holding watching briefs over transfers, raising commercial bonds, negotiating commercial residential lease agreements as also instituting rental claim and eviction cases.

After completing her degree in Genetics, Kirsty went on to study law.
Kirsty completed her articles at Schindlers, and was admitted as an attorney during March 2010. She went on to become a Senior Associate in January 2011.
Kirsty deals with a vast array of matters but particularly enjoys commercial transactions. She has been a material part of a number of large cross-border transactions and has represented listed multinational corporations.
Kirsty also has experience in general litigation, labour law, competition law and aviation law.

Lee is a Senior Associate at Schindlers, specialising in criminal law and commercial litigation.
Lee was admitted as an attorney in the High Court of South Africa in May of 2009 and has since been involved in several Magistrate’s and High Court trial actions and applications involving various spheres of law including administrative, commercial, construction and insolvency law.
He has experience in general commercial agreements, labour law and is a competent litigator.

Chantelle is a Senior Associate specializing in all areas of commercial and residential property practice and litigation, including sectional title body corporate management, evictions, general property management and property-owning enterprise management, as well as corporate restructurings and corporate taxation matters.
Chantelle is also a notary and conveyancer, and is currently reading Masters in Advanced Property Law at UNISA. In addition she is a seasoned company secretary and serves as such to over 60 large corporate clients, advising them on all aspects of corporate law and governance. She handles most of the firm’s pro bono and corporate social responsibility matters, serving as the firm’s point of contact for pro bono and civic organisations as well as NG0’s involved in community development. Chantelle is also able to assist with townplaning and heritage permits.

Christopher is a Senior Associate specialising in commercial law and commercial litigation. Whilst at Schindlers, Christopher has advised on a broad range of commercial transactions, extending from mining, to corporate structurings and cross-border commodity transactions.
Christopher joined Schindlers as an Associate in 2010, and was appointed as a Senior Associate in 2011.
