Candice is an Associate at Schindlers and specialises in litigation and commercial law. She concentrates on High Court litigation and arbitration, with a focus on corporate and commercial disputes.
Candice has experience in the establishment of companies and trusts, drafting commercial agreements, general company secretarial work, implementation of broad based black economic empowerment strategies and the administration of deceased estates.

Dean is an Associate at Schindlers and specialises in civil, commercial and corporate litigation as well as property law. He has been involved in and assisted with various high profile civil litigation and criminal matters and has acted for various well known property owning, investment and management companies situated both locally and internationally.
His practice experience includes the establishment of trusts, drafting of wills, insolvency law, eviction proceedings, corporate collections, company law, company secretarial work, criminal law and general legal practice.
Dean completed his article with Schindlers in 2008 and was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2010.

Anthea joined Schindlers in 2008 and completed her articles at the end of 2009. She was admitted as an attorney in March 2010. Anthea specialises in general litigation, exchange control, intellectual property and family law, including divorces, maintenance, access, adoptions and ante-nuptial contracts. She also has experience in commercial drafting, the administration of deceased estates, company secretarial work and property law.

Nicole is an Associate at Schindlers with extensive corporate and commercial litigation experience in both High Court and Magistrates Court matters. Her experience includes litigation relating to contractual disputes, property disputes, administrative law, and insolvency law.
Although Nicole has a particular fondness for general litigation, she also has experience in labour law, arbitrations and deceased estates. Nicole has furthermore formulated and developed legal opinions on a wide range of legal issues.

After graduating from the University of the Witwatersrand with a Bachelor of Commerce in 2005 and a Bachelor of Laws degree (with distinction) in 2008, Craig completed his Articles at Schindlers and was admitted as an attorney with right of appearance in the High Court of South Africa in 2011.
Craig is currently an Associate at Schindlers specialising in commercial law, property law and civil, commercial and corporate litigation. In addition, Craig has gained a sound knowledge in insolvency law, the establishment of trusts, drafting of wills, eviction proceedings, corporate collections, company law, company secretarial work, and general practice.

Andrew is an Associate at Schindlers specialising in commercial litigation and company law. Andrew has advised in several high profile matters involving commercial law, administrative law, structured finance and environmental law with a specific focus on carbon offset credits.
Andrew has also developed a keen interest in commercial drafting and has experience in general commercial agreements as well as more focused exposure to debt restructuring and B-BBEE arrangements.
